We offer both….. our most popular method is an hourly arrangement for your small scale needs or a flat rate. Flat rates require two appointments and for smaller projects, most contractors will require a full day's work to show up and that could be costly. We like to think that more work costs more and less costs less with an hourly arrangement, you get what you pay for without over estimating and then cutting back and cutting corners that happens with a set flat rate.

For large scale remodels, insurance claims: Absolutely. We provide free, no-obligation estimates tailored to your specific needs. Our transparent pricing ensures there are no surprises, allowing you to plan your project confidently and within budget.
